Your Responsibilities:
Sollis is looking for a highly organized and patient-focused House Call Coordinator to support our house call scheduling and operations. The House Call Coordinator will operate as a liaison between our patients and providers to schedule timely house call visits, ensure all patient data is properly recorded and prepare necessary supplies. They must interact smoothly with all patients and Sollis staff. They will be an administrative team player who has worked in a medical setting before.

NOTE: This position resides in our Upper East Side medical clinic, which is cleaned daily and does not admit patients with COVID-19 symptoms.

Specifically, your duties will include:

  • Scheduling house calls for medical care and treatment for patients at their homes in the NY and Hamptons area. This position will manage timely and ongoing correspondences between patients and providers to support our house call operations.
  • Enter information into our electronic health record. We use eClinicalWorks and can provide training if needed.
  • Ensure housecall bags and equipment are stocked in advance and given to providers to take with them. Housecalls can be performed for Covid and a variety of non-Covid medical needs such as evaluating falls, respiratory distress, infections, and myriad of other medical needs. We provide full PPE and supplies to our providers for all Covid-related housecalls.
  • Make patients comfortable, patiently and professionally answering any questions they have. This position will work closely with the Medical team to serve our patient base.

Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Extraordinary organizational and project management skills. Comfort with Excel and Google sheets imperative
  • Keen eye for detail and initiative to improve operations
  • Prior administrative background in an urgent care, ER or surgical center preferred
  • Have outstanding customer service skills and a high level of professionalism
  • Be comfortable interfacing with five-star clientele

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, immediate start.

  • 5 day a week position. MUST be willing to work some weekends! We have a second person currently in this role, so our goal is to coordinate 7 day a week coverage between two people.
