We are a fast-growing organization that is rapidly expanding across the city and country, having recently closed our first venture round. We are looking for energetic and passionate self-starters, who are excited about healthcare and want to raise the standards of excellence.
We believe there is a huge opportunity to partner with concierge & private pay physicians to refer new members to Sollis Health. Our 24/7 emergency rooms serve as a fantastic resource for doctors who do not want to send their patients to sit and wait in local ERs, and to facilitate patient access to specialists. The open question for our company remains how to bring these doctors on board – how to excite and incentivize them to partner with us and promote Sollis Health to their patients.
As a Medical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for hitting referral goals and correlated topline revenue goals by building relationships with physicians and office staff who refer members to Sollis Health.
More specifically, your duties will include:
Expand business potential within the New York territory
Meet & exceed established sales goals
Develop new business and expand existing business
Develop and implement new sales strategies and promotions with physicians – do we offer a revenue share? Profit-sharing agreement? Or simply the convenience of having an on-call location for overnights, weekends and holidays?
Help create a thoughtful and accessible pricing structure
Create and manage a database (through Salesforce, our CRM) of prospects you are in contact with and shepherd through the stages of learning about Sollis Health and referring in members
Develop a model for partnering with physicians that we can replicate in future markets
Create a strategy for appealing to specialists, identify service offering by sup-specialty, and go to market
Daily job functions include:
Client concerns/issue management
Call activity in physician practices
Strong background in planning and executing effective sales strategies for a defined territory. Sense of urgency and passion for success are absolute musts.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals, preferably in the medical space
Background in selling to private/concierge physicians and primary care doctors highly preferred
Understanding of the concierge medical space preferred

Board Certified in Oncology and Internal Medicine, Dr. Kruger has been serving the needs of his patients for over thirty years from his office on the Upper East Side. As one of the pioneers of concierge medicine, Dr. Kruger is tireless in his attention to the needs of his individual patients.
Board certified in emergency medicine, Dr. Kaiden has practiced since 1995 in the best ERs in New York, including Beth Israel, Mount Sinai, St. Vincent’s & NY Presbyterian / Cornell. He has run a network of urgent care centers in the city and was Supervising Medical Physician for the US Open. Dr. Kaiden studied at Cornell and Albert Einstein, with a residency at St. Luke’s / Roosevelt.
