Your Responsibilities:
Sollis is looking for an experienced, conscientious and energetic Recruiter to help the company accelerate its hiring practices throughout NY and LA. Sollis is expanding into the LA market and will be establishing our first medical center in Beverly Hills in Fall 2020. This position will actively work to support our HQ team in NY and LA team, attracting and hiring top talent to Sollis as we continue to expand. The Recruiter will own full life-cycle recruitment, support onboarding processes, and create positive candidate experiences to maintain a robust candidate pipeline for our full-time, part-time and per diem needs.

This position will be based out of New York City.

Specifically, your duties will include:

  • Hiring & Recruitment – Work closely with the Co-Founders, Medical Directors, COO and HR Manager to help oversee the Sollis hiring and recruitment process to build out our Medical and Operations teams in NY and LA.
  • Help the firm bring on exceptional talent, with responsibilities including:
    • Creating compelling job descriptions
    • Posting job openings
    • Sourcing candidates
    • Managing referrals
    • Scheduling and conducting phone, video and in-person interviews
    • Building out interview scorecards and recruitment resources
    • Managing (and improving!) the interview processes
    • Negotiating offers
    • Creating and presenting finalized contracts
  • Onboarding – Work with hiring managers to ensure that all new hires are properly onboarded, whether they come on in a medical or operations role (for example: track all medical licenses and credentials, ensure all paperwork is correctly completed, ensure laptops are ordered, welcome events, etc)

To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate the following:

  • Exceptional recruiting, organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a conscientious personality type, able to juggle multiple projects without dropping balls
  • Excellent communication skills and messaging ability – high IQ and EQ required
  • Ownership and accountability – a “buck stops here” attitude. Happy to take ownership for open jobs, projects and problems and make sure they are executed to the highest standards
  • Career-oriented individual, searching for unlimited opportunities
  • Ability to think and work independently, effectively, and efficiently as if running your own business
  • Ambitious, strong work ethic, and open to new ideas

Experience:
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally we would expect that you have:

  • 1-4+ years of full-life cycle recruitment, with some healthcare or prior startup experience preferred
  • Strong track record of building great teams, creating relationships with hiring managers and working with senior leadership
  • Experience recruiting for remote teams a plus
  • Some background/understanding of the medical space preferred
