Our flagship center is on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, with a second center in Tribeca and a Hamptons service that runs during the summer.

We are a fast-growing, VC-backed organization that is rapidly expanding across the country. We are looking for energetic and passionate self-starters who are excited about healthcare and want to raise the standards for excellent emergency and urgent care.
Sollis is expanding into the LA market and will be establishing our first medical center in Beverly Hills. We operate as a membership model, with members paying an upfront, annual membership fee to access our facilities, and medical services on top of that (we are currently out of network but help members submit our services to their insurance plans for OON benefits).
We are looking for a talented, ambitious sales leader to build out our Los Angeles practice. This role will oversee all individual and corporate membership sales for LA, with large revenue goals and the chance to build a strong sales team beneath them.
Specifically, your duties will include:
Create a pre-sales strategy for the LA market, in advance of the clinic’s opening:
Establish strong pipelines for B-B medical channels (PCPs, other physicians) who will refer patients to Sollis, and educate them on our Temporary Access Fee (TAF) which allows prospects to try out our services
Create strong sales channels for individual membership recruitment, and realistic sales goals for both the pre-launch phase and year 1 of the business
Build channels and realistic sales goals for corporate memberships in both the pre-launch phase and year 1 of the business
Create pricing and discount structures (for early adopters, etc) and ensure we are pricing to members strategically
Carry individual sales goal – The Sales Director serves as primary sales lead for the practice, taking on a set revenue goal and territory, focusing mostly on corporate sales and employing a Membership Director beneath them to close individual accounts. Over time, the sales team will expand and specialize, and the SD’s role will shift more towards management, but this is first and foremost a sales role and the SD will likely always carry some individual sales goal.
Publicity – Work with the Marketing team in HQ to create events, press, publicity and any necessary marketing materials to close new sales
Partnerships – Brainstorm and establish partnerships with value-adding brands in the health, wellness and luxury space
Hiring & team building – Work closely with the Practice Director to create a structure for the LA sales team, then recruit & hire that team over time
Care coordination – Ensure that the sales team continues to act as an advocate for patients in receiving excellent care and delivering on our brand promise
Salesforce database management – Log all prospects and sales in our Salesforce database and ensure team complies with highest levels of data entry so we can track, segment and target customers effectively
Forms and account management – Learn/optimize the onboarding process for new members and ensure it is easy for them to sign up
The ideal candidate will possess the following background:
10-20 years proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals, ideally in the healthcare space
Proven history of exceeding $2-5M annual sales goals
Experience building and managing a sales team
Background in selling to Fortune 1000 companies, preferably in the LA market
Background in planning and executing effective sales strategies for a defined territory.
Sense of urgency and passion for success are absolute musts.
Understanding of the concierge medical space a plus

Board certified in emergency medicine, Dr. Kaiden has practiced since 1995 in the best ERs in New York, including Beth Israel, Mount Sinai, St. Vincent’s & NY Presbyterian / Cornell. He has run a network of urgent care centers in the city and was Supervising Medical Physician for the US Open. Dr. Kaiden studied at Cornell and Albert Einstein, with a residency at St. Luke’s / Roosevelt.
