We are looking for a VP of Sales Operations to join our team. The VP of sales operations will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, and will be responsible for multiple direct reports. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the growth of our membership base across multiple markets in Los Angeles and New York, and work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
The right person will be data-driven, operational, solution-oriented, and creative; working toward an ultimate effort to increase our membership base, ensure member retention, and manage high-quality relationships with existing and prospective members. This person will have a strong understanding of the Sollis customer and expertise in driving solutions and effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
In consultation with leadership, develop and oversee programs that promote the right sales funnel and methodology to support the effective strategies in increasing revenue.
Develop, implement, and manage consistent processes and methodology for sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and processes in planning, forecasting, retention and revenue generation.
Identify KPIs across each business market and develop strategies and objectives to reach targeted goals.
Create, maintain, and drive implementation of a sales KPI dashboard, which can quickly and easily demonstrate the performance of the sales organization across all markets in each business unit.
Analyze the performance of selling membership, retaining members, and reviewing the funnel process to identify areas of concern, as well as best practices.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and medical teams to achieve performance objectives and strategic goals, holding both internal employees and external partners accountable to performance expectations.
Stay aware of emerging industry trends that drive performance, and share prospective solutions with senior management.
Provide leadership to field operations along with each business unit’s sales leaders, as well as counsel to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), in implementing sales objectives that appropriately reflect Sollis’s short and long term objectives
Work closely with senior leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance programs required to ensure membership growth and retention.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 10 years experience in sales and operations, preferably in the luxury and/or hospitality sectors.
Advanced comprehension of sales-operations fundamentals.
Proficiency with Salesforce and subsequent reporting.
Past experience in overseeing a sales team and spearheading strong sales tactics and strategies.
Ability to work across the entire sales team with general understanding of sales and marketing statistics, KPIs and benchmarks.
A personal network of contacts within a variety of industries.
A desire to truly understand the customer to help inform thoughtful brand initiatives.
Flexibility to work outside of standard working hours as needed.
MBA is a plus

He has run a network of urgent care centers in the city and was Supervising Medical Physician for the US Open. Dr. Kaiden studied at Cornell and Albert Einstein, with a residency at St. Luke’s / Roosevelt.
