Regeneron Monoclonal Antibody Therapy

Monoclonal Antibody Therapy helps treat Covid-19 positive patients that meet specific medical criteria defined in the FDA EUA for the medication. The medical criteria includes mild to moderate Covid-19 symptoms within the first ten days of symptoms for individuals with increased risk for progressing to severe disease. The treatment has been shown to be effective with patients that have been exposed to the Delta variant.

What is monoclonal antibody treatment?

Monoclonal Antibody Treatment is the authorized treatment for mild to moderate Covid-19 cases for individuals who meet a specific medical criteria.

Where can Sollis administer the treatment?

In order to preserve the safety of our members and in-center providers, Sollis offers this treatment in a house call setting. 

How is the treatment administered?

Patients have the option to receive the treatment through an IV or via injections. The IV treatment takes one hour and another hour to monitor vitals. Injection includes (4) different injections in each extremity and the subsequent hour to monitor vitals.

Who can receive Regeneron Monoclonal Antibody Therapy?

To receive post-exposure prophylaxis, the patient must check all of the following:

  • Patients (Over 12 years old, weight over 40 kg) who are at higher risk for progression to severe disease (based on above criteria)  AND
  • Not fully vaccinated or are immunocompromised
  • Have had close contact (based on C.D.C. criteria) with a known positive Covid-19 individual or live in a high-risk institution (medical facility, hospital, prisons)

Vaccination protects you from severe disease, death, and has been shown to minimize symptoms of the Delta variant in Covid positive patients. Members have access to Pfizer or Moderna vaccines and, for certain immunocompromised individuals, third doses of the vaccine.

At-home Covid-19 Management System
In the event of a positive diagnosis, our at-home management system includes access to imaging (chest X-Ray), vital sign monitoring, daily telemedicine check-ins, and oxygen support.
