Chief Executive Officer

Brad Olson

Brad brings over 20 years of experience across technology, wellness, and hospitality to Sollis Health. He previously served as Chief Business Officer at Peloton, where he helped scale the membership by 100x while maintaining industry-leading retention rates and net promoter scores. Before that, Brad held various roles in strategy, marketing, and operations at Bain & Company and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where he served as VP of Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG), the company’s award-winning loyalty program with over 21 million members. Brad serves as a Trustee for the Greater NYC Region of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. He holds an BA degree from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Scott Braunstein

Dr. Braunstein has practiced in Southern California for 20+ years, and has become one of the most widely known and respected physicians in his field.  He trained in Internal Medicine at Cedars Sinai and Emergency Medicine at UCLA, and is double board certified in both specialties. Prior to joining Sollis, he was a Clinical Instructor of Emergency Medicine at Cedars-Sinai for 15 years, where he served on a number of leadership committees.  Dr. Braunstein directed the annual Cedars Sinai Emergency Medicine Symposium, where he delivered dozens of cutting edge lectures, many of which were nationally published. Dr. Braunstein has also served as Airway Management Physician for the LA Rams of the NFL, and has provided expert commentary for CNN, ESPN, NBC, Forbes, and many other media outlets. 

Chief Operating Officer

Jia Jia Ye

Jia Jia is an expert in scaling tech-enabled healthcare companies that focus on elevating patient experience. Most recently, she co-founded and led Springtide Child Development as CEO, pioneering integrative and evidence-based autism care to transform patient outcomes in this field. At Oscar Health Insurance, Jia Jia established industry-leading customer and provider support systems as VP of Service Experience, leading Oscar to become the highest-rated customer experience in the insurance industry. At One Medical Group, she played a key role in national expansion as Director of Operations. Jia Jia’s career began in healthcare investment banking and venture capital. She holds an MBA and MPH from UC Berkeley, and a BA in Economics from Harvard College.

 

Chief Growth Officer

Katy Marshall

Katy brings nearly 15 years of experience scaling consumer and healthcare businesses to Sollis Health. Most recently, Katy served as Chief Operating Officer at Thesis, a leading supplement brand backed by Unilever, where she oversaw end-to-end operations and strategic growth. Under her leadership, Thesis was named one of the fastest-growing companies in America by the Financial Times. Previously, Katy was Chief Marketing Officer at Calibrate, an innovative digital health company at the forefront of obesity treatment, where she scaled membership and forged payer and employer partnerships. She has also held commercial leadership roles at Kraft Heinz, Glossier, and Harry’s, and began her career at BCG. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Columbia.

SVP of Human Resources

Libby Erensen

Libby oversees People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development for Sollis. She began her career in HR working for Verizon Wireless and NBC Universal. From there, she joined Oscar Health as a founding member of their people team. Libby scaled alongside the company from 100 to over 2,000 employees through IPO. During her tenure at Oscar, she was in a variety of HR Roles including senior HRBP for Oscar’s C-suite. Libby then joined Spring Health as VP of People and built the People Operations function from the ground up during a similar period of rapid growth. Libby holds a BA from Dickinson College and a Master’s degree from Cornell University in Industrial Labor Relations 

SVP of Member Experience

Justin Reinsberg

Justin oversees member experience, retention, customer relationship management, member services and membership operations for Sollis. As the former CFO for Golden Age Hospitality, he was responsible for overseeing the group’s finance and business development functions, building up their financial infrastructure, and scaling revenue by 500%. He also previously worked for Neuehouse, where he spearheaded their Series B fundraise and led a restructuring effort that resulted in unit-level profitability. Justin holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.  

SVP of Finance

Dylan Margalit

Dylan is experienced in leading healthcare companies through high growth periods. Most recently he built and led the finance function at Bond Vet, a tech-enabled provider of veterinary urgent care and wellness, establishing the infrastructure to bring a unique pet care offering to markets across the US. Previously during his time at The Smilist, Dylan led the acquisition of 20+ clinics and built the company’s reporting and planning function. Dylan holds a BA from the University of Michigan.
