Chief Executive Officer

Brad Olson

Brad brings over 20 years of experience across technology, wellness, and hospitality to Sollis Health. He previously served as Chief Business Officer at Peloton, where he helped scale the membership by 100x while maintaining industry-leading retention rates and net promoter scores. Before that, Brad held various roles in strategy, marketing, and operations at Bain & Company and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where he served as VP of Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG), the company’s award-winning loyalty program with over 21 million members. Brad serves as a Trustee for the Greater NYC Region of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. He holds an AB degree from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

National Medical Director

Dr. Scott Braunstein

Dr. Braunstein has practiced in Southern California for 20+ years, and has become one of the most widely known and respected physicians in his field.  He trained in Internal Medicine at Cedars Sinai and Emergency Medicine at UCLA, and is double board certified in both specialties. Prior to joining Sollis, he was a Clinical Instructor of Emergency Medicine at Cedars-Sinai for 15 years, where he served on a number of leadership committees.  Dr. Braunstein directed the annual Cedars Sinai Emergency Medicine Symposium, where he delivered dozens of cutting edge lectures, many of which were nationally published. Dr. Braunstein has also served as Airway Management Physician for the LA Rams of the NFL, and has provided expert commentary for CNN, ESPN, NBC, Forbes, and many other media outlets. 

EVP of Operations

Hemik Patel

Hemik holds 15+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare operations. He served as Executive Director for Bon Secours Medical Group, and more recently of MedStar Medical Group, where he led  100+ centers. He led the expansion of the MMG and developed over 45 centers for the organization. Hemik served as the Chair for the PI Committee at MedStar. He most recently served as VP for Contessa Health, growing their home hospitalization solution across the US. Hemik holds a Masters from Harvard University and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. 

SVP of Human Resources

Libby Erensen

Libby oversees People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development for Sollis. She began her career in HR working for Verizon Wireless and NBC Universal. From there, she joined Oscar Health as a founding member of their people team. Libby scaled alongside the company from 100 to over 2,000 employees through IPO. During her tenure at Oscar, she was in a variety of HR Roles including senior HRBP for Oscar’s C-suite. Libby then joined Spring Health as VP of People and built the People Operations function from the ground up during a similar period of rapid growth. Libby holds a BA from Dickinson College and a Master’s degree from Cornell University in Industrial Labor Relations 

SVP of Revenue

Justin Reinsberg

Justin oversees all revenue operations, customer growth strategies, and customer success for Sollis. As the former Chief Financial Officer for Golden Age Hospitality, he was responsible for overseeing the group’s finance and business development functions, building up their financial infrastructure, and scaling revenue by 500%. He also previously worked for Neuehouse, where he spearheaded their Series B and led a restructuring effort that resulted in unit-level profitability. Justin holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. 

SVP of Marketing

Elyssa Dimant

Elyssa brings over 15 years of experience leading full stack marketing and creative teams to Sollis. As Chief Brand & Communications Officer at the high-growth nutrition company ByHeart, she developed the consumer brand and commercial team, and spearheaded the launch of the company’s inaugural infant formula, securing over 7B+ earned media impressions within the first three months of its release. As J.Crew’s Vice President of Global Brand Marketing and Experience, Elyssa lead the most successful fashion launch on Amazon to date, enhancing the brand’s digital efficiency. She has driven up to 40% YoY growth for startups in fashion, tech and CPG verticalsnotably as founding marketing lead at maternity juggernaut HATCH. Elyssa serves as a commercial advisor for Hello Therapeutics, focused on the women’s healthcare journey.

VP of Technology

Lora Baker

Lora has a passion for patient-centered care and a background in technology innovation across the healthcare ecosystem, including extensive leadership experience at startups and Fortune 500 companies. Her accomplishments include driving strategic product vision at Nextgen Healthcare, Bamboo Health, and Everlywell, as well as delivering technical innovations for Piedmont Health, Trinity Health, and Mount Sinai. Lora also has deep experience working internationally and has provided healthcare SaaS technology solutions in emerging markets across Southeast Asia and Africa.

VP of Finance

Banks Meyer

Banks brings extensive experience in finance in the healthcare sector to Sollis Health. As Vice President of Finance at Sollis, he oversees all financial planning and analysis, accounting, and revenue cycle management for the organization. Prior to joining Sollis, he was the Vice President of Finance at DocGo, a leading mobile healthcare provider, where he helped scale the company from $90M in revenue to $450M in revenue over three years and navigated a successful IPO in 2021. Earlier in his career, Banks worked at SullivanCotter as an M&A analyst, focusing on the acquisition of primary care practices for large non-profit health systems around the country. Banks holds a BS from Clemson University.
