Dr. James Fishkin, Regional Medical Director of South Florida
Dr. Fishkin is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with 28 years of experience, most recently at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles. He graduated with honors from Cornell University and earned his medical degree from Tufts Medical School, completing his residency at Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center with a specialization in trauma and critical care. He is a senior examiner for the Board of Emergency Medicine.
Ana Jimenez, MMS, PA-C, Advanced Care Provider
Educated at Saint Francis University, Ana is a board-certified physician assistant with 7 years of experience, including urgent care and infectious disease. Ana has participated in multiple medical conferences to stay current with evolving clinical guidelines and recently took part in two medical mission trips to the Dominican Republic to provide care to underserved communities. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care and building trust with her patients.
Dr. Vikas Goswamy, Assistant Medical Director of Coral Gables
Dr. Goswamy is dual board certified in emergency medicine and internal medicine, with 12 years of experience at top New York City hospitals. He trained at SUNY Downstate and Kings County Hospital and currently serves as a faculty member at the University of Miami, bringing both academic expertise and broad clinical experience to his practice.
