Dr. Scott Braunstein, Chief Medical Officer
With over 20 years of emergency medicine experience, Dr. Braunstein has become one of the most widely respected physicians in his field. He trained in internal medicine at Cedars-Sinai and emergency medicine at UCLA, and is double board certified in both specialties. Prior to joining Sollis, he was a Clinical Instructor of Emergency Medicine at Cedars-Sinai and patrolled the NFL sidelines as airway physician for the Los Angeles Rams.
Dr. Kendall Allred, Regional Medical Director of Northern California
Dr. Allred earned his medical degree and master's in public health from the University of Arizona, where he also completed his emergency medicine residency at the UCSF-SFGH program in San Francisco. Board certified in emergency medicine, he brings over 15 years of experience, with a background in microbiology and Spanish from Arizona State University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Dr. Erick Eiting, Regional Medical Director of New York
With over 15 years of emergency medicine experience, Dr. Eiting is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who completed his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a fellowship in emergency medicine administration at Keck-USC Hospital. A former Vice Chair of Operations and professor of emergency medicine at Mount Sinai Downtown, he is also a nationally recognized expert in LGBTQ patient care.
Dr. James Fishkin, Regional Medical Director of South Florida
Dr. Fishkin is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with 28 years of experience, most recently at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles. He graduated with honors from Cornell University and earned his medical degree from Tufts Medical School, completing his residency at Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center with a specialization in trauma and critical care. He is a senior examiner for the Board of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Amir Tabibnia, Regional Medical Director of Southern California
A fellowship-trained emergency physician, Dr. Tabibnia completed his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Massachusetts Medical School–Baystate Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in advanced emergency medicine ultrasound at UCLA Ronald Reagan/Olive View. He holds a faculty appointment as Assistant Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine, where he served as core faculty in the Division of Emergency Ultrasound.
Dr. Melissa Cusumano, Assistant Medical Director of The Hamptons
Dr. Cusumano earned her DO from New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her emergency medicine residency at St. Barnabas Hospital. Board certified in emergency medicine, she brings nearly 20 years of experience, including 14 years as an attending at Northwell Health and five years at Mount Sinai South Nassau. She also holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
