Our best-in-class emergency providers are available within 90 minutes to provide house calls for our members at an additional fee. These services typically include:

  • Administering IV fluids
  • Diagnosing illnesses
  • Running blood work
  • Treating injuries

In advance of each house call, our physicians speak with the member to ensure that their condition wouldn’t be better treated with the full resources available at our center.


We provide home visits in the Hamptons from Memorial Day through Labor Day. This can be for mild issues, such as sunstroke or a fall on a pool deck, as well as more serious conditions. When necessary, we enable immediate transportation to New York City to receive care at our facility, an expedited appointment with a specialist, or use of VIP services at a partner hospital.


Working with your personal physicians, we can create a custom-tailored health assessment for you based on medical history, family history, and lifestyle. We use MRI, CT, Ultrasound, X-ray, ECG, blood tests, urinalysis, and more to diagnose existing conditions and evaluate key risk factors. Results are examined by our doctors during your visit, shared with your family physician, and used to build a wellness plan and make referrals to specialists if needed.


We support global travel with telemedicine, a relationship with hospitals and physicians around the world, and medical evacuation insurance. Every member can receive an individualized medical kit, which helps our physicians to treat on the spot with no delay in diagnosis or treatment no matter where you are.
