How much does membership cost?

If all members are under 45, rates are $3,500 for the first adult and $2,500 for each additional adult. If an adult is 45 or older, rates are $6,000 for the first adult, $3,500 for the second adult and $2,500 for each additional adult. Memberships for children and teens under 18 are always $1,500 each.*

* House Calls & Covid-19 Home Management are an additional cost.

Who can be included in my family membership?

Membership is not limited to immediate family members. You can add extended family, friends, and household staff to your account.

What does the membership fee include?

Membership includes access to all medical centers in New York, The Hamptons, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Palm Beach. We offer unlimited in-clinic and virtual visits with best-in-class ER-trained providers available 24/7, routine blood work, strep and flu tests, flu & Covid-19 vaccines, patient advocacy, care navigation, travel medicine, VIP services at leading hospitals, and accelerated access to specialists.

What services require an additional fee?

For additional fees, you have access to advanced imaging (MRI/CT/X-Ray/Ultrasound), house calls, advanced medical procedures, vitamin infusions, advanced diagnostic testing, EKG and vaccinations not included in membership.

Does Sollis Health accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider. We can coordinate reimbursement for out-of-pocket services if you have out-of-network benefits as part of your plan. Sollis does not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

How does Sollis work with my current primary care physician?

We don’t replace your existing Primary Care Physician or Concierge GP. We work closely with them and keep them in the loop the entire time, ensuring that your care is comprehensive and coordinated. Every time you come into Sollis, we follow up with your PCP to provide an entire overview of your visit with our recommended next steps.

How can you help me with specialist access and VIP services at hospitals?

We can arrange expedited appointments through our robust network of specialists, from cardiology to dermatology to psychiatry. Instead of waiting weeks, we’ll get you in within a matter of days. If you do need to be hospitalized, we can help with private transport, direct admission, VIP services and exclusive amenities.
