We don’t replace your existing Primary Care Physician or Concierge GP. We work closely with them and keep them in the loop the entire time, ensuring that your care is comprehensive and coordinated. Every time you come into Sollis, we follow up with your PCP to provide an entire overview of your visit with our recommended next steps.

We are an out-of-network provider. We can coordinate reimbursement for out-of-pocket services if you have out-of-network benefits as part of your plan. Sollis does not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

We’re still there for you! We provide 24/7 telemedicine to our members via phone, text and video chat—no matter where you are. We can also help you find the best doctors, hospitals and specialists near your location.

Yes. (Except for narcotics). As a courtesy, we can offer a one-time prescription fulfillment service to you per medication. For recurring refills, your Primary Care Physician or Specialist will need to fill these prescriptions. Our medical team will reach out on your behalf to obtain the prescription and send it to the pharmacy to be filled.
